The C5 fractions obtained by fractionation from straight run gasoline, natural gas condensate, hydrocracking tail oil and reformed gasoline are separated by pentane separation column and isopentane column to obtain n-pentane and isopentane products which are dominant. The main process flow is as follows (take natural gas condensate as an example) : The operation pressure of the debutane tower is 0.34MPa. The propane and butane fractions are taken out from the top of the tower (the top temperature is 48℃). Part of the condensate on the top of the tower is used as the backflow liquid. The operating pressure of the depropane tower is 2 MPa. Propane is removed from the top of the depropanization tower (the top temperature is 50℃) and butane is removed from the tower kettle. The gasoline from the debutanizer tower enters the depentanizer tower. The number of plates in the depentanizer column is 30, the operating pressure is 2.2 MPa, the reflux ratio is 1.5, and the top fraction is condensed into the isopentane separation column. The number of plates of the isopentane separation tower is 60 ~ 80, the top temperature of the tower is 58℃, the reflux ratio is 10.0, and the operating pressure of the separation tower is 0.2 MPa. The distillate from the top of the tower is 95 percent isopentane, and the distillate from the tower is 90 percent n-pentane.
