Application: etching
gas, standard gas, calibration gas, metallurgical industry heat treatment,
preparation of ethylene, vinyl chloride, chloroethane, acetaldehyde, ethanol,
oxidized ethylene glycol, fuel, refrigerant.
Physical and chemical
properties: colorless odorless flammable gas. Insoluble in water, slightly
soluble in ethanol, acetone, soluble in benzene, ethane and carbon
tetrachloride is mutually soluble.
Note:
Closed operation,
comprehensive ventilation. Operators must be specially trained and
strictly abide by the operating rules. Operators are recommended to wear
anti-static overalls. Keep away from fire and heat. No smoking in the
workplace. Use explosion-proof ventilation systems and
equipment. Prevent gas leakage into the workplace air. Avoid contact
with oxidizing agents. During transmission, cylinders and containers must
be grounded and bonded to prevent static electricity. Disload lightly
during handling to prevent damage of cylinders and accessories. Equip with
the corresponding variety and quantity of fire fighting equipment and leakage
emergency treatment equipment.
Store in a cool,
ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat. The storage
temperature should not exceed 30℃. Should be stored separately from
oxidizing agent, avoid mixed storage by all means. Explosion-proof
lighting and ventilation facilities are adopted. Prohibit the use of
mechanical equipment and tools that can easily produce sparks. The storage
area should be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment.
