Trifluoromethane, also known as R23, is a colorless, slightly odorous, non-conductive gas that is an ideal alternative to halogenated alkane. Used as a low temperature (-100 ℃) refrigerant, an electronic industry plasma chemical etchant and a raw material for fluorine organic compounds.
APPLICATION SCOPE
As a widely used ultra-low temperature refrigerant, R-23 is mainly used in cryogenic equipment such as environmental test chambers/equipment (cold heat impact tester), freeze dryer/freeze dryer, ultra-low temperature refrigerator or freezer, blood bank refrigerator, biochemical test chamber, etc. Medium (including scientific research refrigeration, medical refrigeration, etc.), more common in the low temperature level of these cascade refrigeration systems.
