These regulations should be understood clearly when transporting dangerous chemicals 

Compared with general cargo transportation, due to the particularity of hazardous chemicals, the relevant departments have more strict requirements on related enterprises, vehicles and personnel during transportation. 

◎ Hazardous chemical transportation enterprises need to obtain relevant licenses and certificates 

Enterprises engaged in the transportation of hazardous chemicals shall obtain the transportation license of hazardous chemicals in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations on road transportation, and go through the registration formalities in the administrative department for industry and commerce.  Hazardous chemical transportation enterprises shall be equipped with full-time safety management personnel. 

When transporting highly toxic chemicals, the shipper shall apply for a road transport permit for highly toxic chemicals from the public security organ of the place of origin or destination of transportation. 

◎ Hazardous chemical transport personnel shall obtain a professional qualification certificate 

Drivers and escorts engaged in the transportation of hazardous chemicals shall obtain the qualification certificate after passing the examination of the transportation department.  The driver and the escort should carry the qualification certificate when they are on duty. 

Hazardous chemical transport vehicles should comply with relevant regulations 

Hazardous chemical transport vehicles should be inspected regularly.  The hazardous chemical transport vehicles shall meet the safety technical conditions required by the national standards, and carry out regular safety technical tests in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State. 

Dangerous chemical transport vehicles must be equipped with emergency cutting device 

Emergency cut off device is a safety device installed at the liquid gas interface such as liquefied petroleum gas or liquefied gas tank truck.  When the pipeline is broken or other reasons caused by medium leakage, the flow rate of the medium in the pipe increases sharply, the valve closes immediately by itself, for emergency leakage, to prevent a large number of medium leakage, avoid or reduce the occurrence of accidents. 

The requirements of hazardous chemicals transport vehicles also include: front left should be hung "dangerous goods" yellow black characters signal flag;  Equipped with fire extinguishing device;  The tire pattern depth should meet the national standard;  The exhaust pipe has heat insulation and fire extinguishing device;  Do not use metal carriages, in case of friction accidents;  Warning marks conforming to national standards shall be hung or painted. 

At the same time, without the approval of the public security organs, hazardous chemical transport vehicles are not allowed to enter the area where the passage of hazardous chemical transport vehicles is restricted.  Areas where the passage of hazardous chemical transport vehicles is restricted shall be demarcated by the public security organs of the people's governments at the county level and obvious signs shall be set up.
